    • Mediocre

      • Service
Mediocre at best.No decaf coffee at the hotels, are the folks taking these tours not our ages? Inconsiderate at best.
      • Tour
First hotel left a lot to be desired.
    • Decent.

      • Service
In general, the trip was fine. The first Hotel however was a disaster. Phone did not work, lights did not work, the room was dark. It said I-on the wall to dial zero if there is a fire. I did, to check how fast the phone would be picked up, no-one ever did.
      • Tour
Embrea indians, but I subsequently learned, that the carvings offered for sale were available all over the country, in identical form. I specifically asked if the carving were made by them and the answer I got was affirmative. Chitre was my favorite town to visit, so was the hotel.
    • Very good local and office staff

      • Service
You had a very good local tour manager and driver. Office I dealt with very helpful staff
      • Tour
Information from tour manager very good, driver also very good. Both very helpful and patient, considering how rude many of the other travellers were.
