Fantastic trip manager Tom.Joseph and the people who drove me to and from airport were courteous and respectful.Trips and visits were a great mix of scenery, information and good fun.

Best trip i have ever had on my own.Loved the tour of Boston
      • Service
Definitely recommend Collette. However I did not appreciate an early arrival to the airport and having to wait 6 hours there for my flight.
      • Tour
This was my 3rd Collette tour and I felt this one just wasn't as good as the others. Boston local guide was terrible and we didn't experience enough of the city's history.
    • Nice tour but some accommodations need updating.

      • Service
For the most part, the tour was great. It was a bit rushed at times, but that is part of touring. I think adding a day to the tour would be beneficial as we were not able to see much of anyplace on our own. It was usually your have two hours, that was the time to eat and check out surroundings. The hotel in Providence was fantastic. The second hotel, while on the beach was the only saving grace. It needed a good cleaning and the rooms desperately need updating. One morning for breakfast we were to use the "canvas room" which might be great during summer, but was extremely cold. The reason was there was three tours in hotel and this is where we were sent. Nobody was happy as we froze. The breakfast menu was great, just the "canvas room" was a deal breaker. The guide for this tour was very nice and the bus was clean. The bus driver was an absolute winner, so helpful, kind yet funny and he was appreciated by all. The service had one area of improvement. The "drop off at airport" we were dropped off at 9:00 am with a flight at 2:45 PM which was a very long day. We had a 2 hour wait when we changed planes in Detroit, but the VAN service for airport needed some review.

Visiting the cranberry bog was really nice. Getting to see some of Providence and Boston was really nice. Taking scenic routes was great.
