Without an agreement between the House, Senate and White House, the government will shut down on Saturday September 30, 2023 at midnight. The impact to our Tours will be limited to those visiting some Federal Sites & National Parks across the country. Some states including Utah, Arizona and Colorado have indicated that they will provide the necessary funding to keep the National Parks operating. Other states are considering similar measures.

Today in New Orleans, you have the choice between two activities. First you may choose to visit the National World War II Museum and learn about the American experience in the war; why it was fought, how it was won and what it means today. Your other option is to visit festive Mardi Gras World where you will hear about the history of the unique tradition as well as tour a working warehouse where artisans create spectacular floats for the famous parades.
Today in New Orleans, you have the choice between two activities. Explore the French Quarter on foot with a local guide that features such sights as the majestic St. Louis Cathedral and the French Marketplace. This walking tour takes about 2 hours. Or, yout tour manager will walk with you to the HIstoric New Orleans Collection, just a short distance from your hotel. Here, you can enjoy the various exhibitions, displays, a museum shop and a cafe. Then, stop by the Bevolo Gaslight Museum and Workshop where coppersmiths are at work making things like the lovely gaslights that illuminate the French Quarter.
