" Due to a limited quantity in each category, cabin availability is first come, first serve and upgrade pricing will apply. On board your cruise, choose a cabin category where you may have the opportunity to view the icy glaciers and rolling seas of Patagonia. Categories B or A have standard-sized windows and are located just above water level (B at the front of the boat, and A at the center or back of the ship). Or, choose Category AA cabins on the third level – you’ll see the blue waters and views of the “End of the World” as you venture by. Take in even better ocean views from the top of the ship on level 4 if you choose a Category AAA cabin. For more space to relax in your cabin, choose a AAA Superior Room, with unspoiled views of the seascape from larger windows."

*In September and April - when the penguins dwell elsewhere - this excursion is replaced by a short walk to a glacier at nearby stunning Brookes Bay.
**Hikes of varying difficulty will be offered during each of the landings. Details of the length, terrain and difficulty will be provided by the ship’s crew.
***Cape Horn landing is strongly dependent on weather and sea conditions.
The overall activity level of this tour is a level 3. This means you’re an on-the-go traveller. You don’t want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (1-2 hours) isn’t a big deal. You can navigate hills and uneven ground, climb into various modes of transport (tuk-tuk, cable car, Zodiac, etc.), and could possibly anticipate changes in elevation. You can expect some longer days balanced with free-time to recharge or set out on your own adventure.
All shore landings excursions to/from the ship are by small boats called “Zodiacs,” which requires a level of fitness to board and disembark these inflatable crafts. At all times you are accompanied by expedition staff. In some cases, the terrain can be a little strenuous. Passengers should consult their doctor should they have any concerns regarding their physical condition. It is recommended that you bring hiking boots for specific excursions.
