Beginning July 19th, Ireland opens its borders to U.S. travellers and the country will require proof of vaccination for entry. Travellers who do not have proof of vaccination must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 72 hours prior to arrival and a second COVID-19 test after arrival.
