Vietnam’s climate shifts by region: the north is most inviting from Oct–Dec and Mar–May, the center enjoys its best weather from Feb–Aug, and the south shines during its dry season from Nov–Apr India rounds out the journey from Oct–Mar, when cooler, drier conditions invite unhurried exploration from vibrant cities to timeless historic sites.

One of her favorite moments on our Cultural Treasures of Japan journey is the visit to the Senso-ji Buddhist temple because it was a monk in that temple who gave her her name. Excellent cultural immersion tour. My favorite experience was the meeting with the Vietnamese war veteran. He emotionally shared with us his heart rendering time as a fighter pilot, and his eventual friendship with an American fighter pilot.

Vespa food tour in Hanoi was great fun! Tour and tour guides were excellent. However we should have gone to an elephant sanctuary. We never saw one elephant.! Also tipping should be prepaid. It was a constant issue on the tour!!!! The first day of the Bangkok extension should have been scheduled with activities. We were all ready to go and nothing was really planned. It was very disappointing. We all had been together on the tour and there was no need for relaxation and free time. Everyone agreed with this assessment. Tho the tour manager was exceptional as were the individual guides in each country. I would highly recommend this tour.

An enjoyable and educational trip back to Japan (our family was there when my father was in the army; late '40s, early '50s). Evidently, amazing changes. A wonderful blend of the old and new Japan, from visiting a 400 year old castle to riding a modern bullet train. My favorite experience was being able to see Mt. Fuji on a beautiful, clear day with just enough clouds to make for a great photo.

We had a fantastic experience on our tour with Collette. We enjoyed traveling through 4 countries with ease, because of the great organization and helpful guide. I loved practicing tai Che as we cruised through the rocky peaks of Ha Long Bay. Cooking classes, boat tours, night markets, unique interactions with local residents made our experience truly life changing. John, our Vietnamese guide was truly phenomenal. We loved every day of our tour!

Riding Vespas through downtown Saigon. Learning about the trained rats finding land mines. The tunnels and various booby traps during the war. The many different boat rides especially the basket boats. The people and the culture and learning about Buddhism.

Too many to decide, but the Vespa food tour in Saigon comes to mind as one I will never forget. Sunrise at Angkor Wat in Cambodia was amazing…another experience to never be forgotten.

Many Memorable experiences. Our Tuk Tuk trip in Bangkok was a lot of fun. Our visit to the Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai was memorable as we got a chance to make some food for the elephants. The visit at the Lanna ethnic group was great - everyone participated in cooking our Thai Lunch. The White Temple in Chiang Rai was amazing

Excellent tour of friendly, beautiful, interesting country. Favorite experience was 8 tuk tuk parade through the streets of Bangkok at night. We sampled wonderful food and visited the amazing flower market.

The tour manager in Thailand made no attempt to reach out to my husband and I. We did not purchase the extended 3 days in Thailand so I felt we didn't belong to him. We took a plane back home the next morning and he made no attempt to contact us to coordinate our transportation to the airport. Thank goodness our first tour manager was there and got up the next morning to make sure we had a box breakfast and transportation in the morning. Also, the tipping was frustrating to give out in 4 different currency's. Love the trip and it was the best vacation I have had in my life. Love the tour manage "Tam". She went up and beyond her role to make this trip easy for us. We had 4 people get sick and she coordinated the doctor visit and visited another group member who was in the hospital for 3 days. She went everyday to visit her and help with the members care. My husband had a sore throats and she made sure we knew how to get to the pharmacy. Tam is one of your top notch tour managers who's very Organized to the max and very personable. She treated us as family.

Having a greater understanding of Thai history, culture, and Buddhism - all the while enjoying ourselves in this amazing place. The elephant sanctuary visit and the White Temple have stayed in my mind long after the trip. Making Pad Thai in the Lanna village was great fun!

Excellent tour - not for the faint hearted- 9 flights and 104 miles of walking on uneven ground was worth the sights and history we covered. From Petra to Mount Nebo and the Dead Sea in Jordan to the pyramids and tombs in Egypt, every day was filled with new discoveries. The bazaars were a tour unto themselves. Riding camels at the pyramids and seeing King Tut's mummy inside his tomb along with the New Egyptian Museum were just a few or our adventures and worth every penny.

The tour was excellent as was our guide Ashish. We toured New Delhi ahead of the January 26th Independence Day and saw grand boulevards and temples. We traveled to Jaipur by bus to see the ancient city and rode an elephant to the entrance. Later we visited a jewelry maker to learn about the gems from India and see examples of jewelry for sale. Next we went to Agra to see the Taj Mahal which was stunning. From there we went to Ranthambhore National Park to see tigers in the wild. I would suggest this trip for seasoned travelers as the winter air can cause irritation and the crowds of enthusiast street venders can be a bit much.
