*The Collette Travel Advisor Loyalty Program is available to verified travel advisors located in the United States or Canada, with activity and/or traveled revenue from January 1, 2027 and forward. The travel advisor must be eligible to participate in the program and have qualifying Collette sales activity that can be tracked at the individual advisor level. Collette reserves the right to validate eligibility and supporting information.
Tier status is based on actual traveled Collette gross revenue credited to the eligible travel advisor during the calendar year from January 1 through December 31. Advisors may move to a higher tier during the calendar year once the applicable qualifying revenue threshold is reached. Advisors will begin the following calendar year at the highest tier earned in the prior year. If qualifying traveled revenue in the following year does not support the same tier, the advisor will move to the lower earned tier effective January 1 of the next calendar year.
Bronze status is earned with qualifying traveled revenue of up to $34,999; Silver status is earned with qualifying traveled revenue of $35,000-$99,999; Gold status is earned with qualifying traveled revenue of $100,000-$249,999; and Platinum status is earned with qualifying traveled revenue of $250,000 or more. Tier status, qualifying revenue, and benefit eligibility will be determined by Collette records.
Travel Advisor travel benefits are based on the advisor’s eligible tier at the time the benefit is booked. Bronze advisors who complete Collette University may access the $100-per-night tour benefit one time only, after the completion of Collette University. Silver advisors may receive 50% off land, and one companion traveling on the same tour may receive 25% off land. Gold advisors may receive 75% off land, and one companion traveling on the same tour may receive 50% off land. Platinum advisors may receive 100% off land, and one companion traveling on the same tour may receive 75% off land. Silver, Gold, and Platinum advisors and their eligible companion may each receive 10% off air, where applicable. Tier-based advisor and companion travel benefits are available one time per calendar year unless otherwise stated, and bookable starting at 150-days prior to departure.
Travel benefits are subject to availability, applicable booking deadlines, blackout dates, destination or departure restrictions, taxes and fees, service charges, cancellation terms, and other booking conditions. Travel benefits are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by Collette. Companion discounts are valid only when the companion travels on the same qualifying tour as the eligible travel advisor.
An eligible advisor may qualify for a refund of the $100-per-night advisor travel cost once the advisor’s qualifying traveled revenue exceeds $50,000 within 24 months of travel. Refunds are for the qualifying advisors land portion only, subject to validation of qualifying revenue, and must be requested by the Advisor. Companion costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
Additional benefits, including certificates, gift cards, Advisor Finder visibility, personalized marketing, joint growth planning, advanced commission, priority service access, advisor councils, ambassador opportunities, executive access, custom tour support, and Growth Accelerator marketing support, are available only at the applicable tier and are subject to eligibility, availability, operational requirements, separate selection or approval criteria, budget availability, and applicable program rules.
Growth Accelerator or marketing funds, where offered, may be used only for activities approved by Collette in advance. Payment or reimbursement may require receipts, completion of agreed campaign elements, execution within established timelines, and participation in campaign measurement or results reporting. Campaign materials and results may be used by Collette for marketing or case study purposes, subject to the applicable program terms.
Certificates, gift cards, marketing funds, travel discounts, and other program benefits may be subject to applicable United States or Canadian tax obligations, agency disclosure requirements, and host agency or consortium policies. The travel advisor or agency is responsible for determining and satisfying any applicable reporting or tax obligations.
Program status and benefits are personal to the eligible travel advisor and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged. Collette reserves the right to verify qualifying revenue and eligibility and to change, substitute, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue program benefits, tier thresholds, requirements, eligible markets, fulfillment methods, or the program at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Participation in the program or use of a program benefit constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.
