Italy is now open to American tourists again, and expanding their “COVID-tested flights” through Delta and American Airlines. To get to Italy, you’ll have to take a COVID test before your departure, right before your flight, and after you arrive in Italy. Once these are done, you don’t have to quarantine in Italy.
