Collette invited agents to visit its Travel Agent Network on Facebook to share "silver lining moments" for the chance to win a Starbucks gift card.
In a letter to travel advisors, the tour operator said without their efforts, it would not be in existence today. "We know that this continues to be an unbelievably difficult time for each of you," Collette wrote, "and today we want to celebrate you for the support and commitment that you have for both your clients and the travel industry."
