Our tour leader was fantastic along with our bus driver. So much information in such a fun way. The scenery was breathtaking.

Everything was so memorable it's hard to pick just one. I like seeing the deep blue Moraine Lake & Lake Louise. Walking on the glacier was a thrill. Traveling on the Going-to-the-Sun Road on the Red Buses was also a highlight. Loved visiting the towns of Banff, Waterton, Calgary. And our tour guide, Kelly, made everything special.

As I have never been to this part of the country, I enjoyed everything we did. I appreciated the bus stops at interesting places along the journey and all the tour stops we knew about lived up to my expectations. I can't rave enough about how Kelly took care of her gaggle!

Great tour. It's hard to decide what was my favorite part. Glacier National Park, Banff, the glacier walk, Lake Louise --all were spectacular.

Loved all of the arrangements and have already convinced 2 of 3 friends to sign up for the 2025 trip with you. Was impressed by tour guide and bus driver who both always went out of their way to be not only extra pleasant but also provided extra help and info to us. I have taken several Collette trips and also find Kelly K. at Brown Travel in Glenville tio be a definite asset for you.

We enjoyed out time exploring the Canadian Rockies and learning about the history and culture of the region in Alberta and Montana Glacier Park.

Very scenic trip..visited so many wonderful places, food was very good, itinerary was well planned, tour director very friendly & knowledgeable, other travelers on bus very friendly/sociable...had a great time, weather cooperated...would recommend this trip to anyone. Took Lots of cool pictures!

The scenery was magnificent! The historical/ cultural background provided by the tour manager added much to my enjoyment of the tour. The additional "photo stops" were especially appreciated.

Julie Rolleman was our Tour Manager and she was fabulous!! Her engagement with the group made the trip more memorable. The sites, the history, the people - everything about the trip was great. Julie always kept us up to date on what was happening next and where we would be heading. This was my first time to the area and it was spectacular!! Scenery, visits to interesting and historic places, time to explore on my own, it was all wonderful. I love being near the water, so time at Waterton Lake, Lake Louise and Lake Moraine were all special. And waterfalls too!! Julie's knowledge of all of the places that we visited made the trip even more special and interesting. Tim Mc, our coach driver was fabulous too. His knowledge of the area added to Julie's was quite special. I found this to be a great introduction to the area and I would definitely go back.

Our Travel Specialist, Melissa Pagnotta was the best at DreamWeaver as she hooked us into this Collette Tour and gave us lots of "heads up" for an international tour. She answered all our questions and thought of ones we didn't such as getting Canadian currency for tipping! Top that off with Julie Rolleman, our Tour Manager and Tim McElroy, our coach driver...We can only use superlatives for both of them! What a team! Friendly, helpful, patient, extremely knowledgeable, passionate about their jobs, surprises galore, they worked so well as a team. I especially loved learning so much about Canada through them. They make me want to go back and explore another section of the country. I thought the moving around of people on the tour bus was going to be hokey, but it was great to meet the tour group and also to get to sit in the front! Tim was an extremely safe and competent driver and a fun person to be around. Julie was patient with all my curious questions and if she didn't know something I asked about, she researched it and got back to me! Her stories and samples of Canadian maple syrup and such was a special touch! I would tour with her again! We had never done a tour like this; we always did car trips and while there's a lot of personal freedom in that, the Collette tour had plenty of touring mixed with free-time to explore or rest as needed. The places we visited will remain in my memory, and many may say the scenery was most memorable (which it is) I really liked the tour at Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump and the Bar U Ranch. Learning about the First Nations and the culture of the ranch was extraordinary and were a taste of our car/camping choices to visit. A real balance! I wish we had time to visit the Ranch more. While a tour like this is go-go-go, there was a good balance of some down-time. I especially appreciated some time to rest after arrival in Calgary as it minimized my jet lag. Of course, I will never forget our walk on the Columbia Glacier! And the Mountains and Waterton Lake (I want to go back there to stay and walk on all their miles of trails!) Loved. loved, loved the little motel-like place we stayed in Waterton. And who wouldn't remember the color of the water at Lakes Louise and Moraine. I'm happy to do this evaluation because the whole trip was memorable. Bottom line: We plan to do another tour with Collette! And we're talking Collette up with our friends! Most sincerely, Susan Rosengrant We did have a toilet problem in the Banff place we stayed, very early morning. (Julie spoke to them.) I am not sure they took care of it thoroughly before the next guests came in....no reflection on Julie at all. They seemed to not have enough overnight staff to take care of a plumbing issue.

This was an amazing trip. Our tour guide, Laurie, was excellent. It’s hard to pick out only one thing. I enjoyed all of it and would recommend this trip to anyone.

The Blackfoot Indian visit / site. Very interesting to hear about the way of the Blackfoot and the buffalo how they were so important to these people. The 2nd best thing was the ride in the "Red Jammer". That was great fun and beautiful scenery. Maryse and Tim, the driver, were great. The Waterton hotel and the breakfast was okay but they could of treated our tour group with more respect and consideration. They treated us like we were a bother to the wait staff and the breakfast the 2nd day was very poor, there wasn't even oatmeal for us and very limited fresh fruit. The morning there was another tour group there so they put a very nice breakfast but we were treated with less consideration at dinner that night.

Our tour guide, Maryse, made the trip special. She was excellent & you could tell she loved her job. Western Canada is just beautiful & I highly recommend one see the glaciers before they are gone. The towns of Waterton & Banff are so fun.

Moraine Lake and Lake Louise area.

I enjoyed our time in Waterton, it was a quiet little village beside a lake in the mountains. The views were spectacular. I also liked the fact that we stayed two nights. Smashmouth Buffalo drop was by far the best excursion we went on.

Everything was well taken care of and explained on what we were doing and when to be there. Mary and Laurie were always there for us no matter what question you had. The weather was excellent which made the scenery even more beautiful. Also our bus driver Genisis gave us a safe ride and handled our luggage from each destination.

Seeing the rockies every day that was sunny made for a perfect trip. Our guide was wonderful taking care of all situations.

Collette knocked it out of the park. Laurie Newman, our tour guide was phenomenal and Genesis our driver was gracious and a fabulous driver. Laurie’s knowledge of the area was amazing. Again a a “wowser” trip!!

Exceeded expectations from beginning to end, our tour manager and coach driver were most helpful and informative. We all had lots of fun, and were blown away at the beauty of the landscape and wildlife. The included meals were excellent, and we were offered great suggestions of places to go when we were on our own. Excursions, parks visited, even pulling over to take in the scenic overviews were all top-notch. A+++ experience — highly recommend!

Tour and tour guide were wonderful. Food was great and accommodations were good. However, I would not recommend using Collette for a large group. We had several issues and had a great deal of trouble trying to get it sorted out. I still have issues that Collette needs to address.

Went as part of a YMCA group from Kansas City, Mo area. We were only provided with one complete package option which included the airline flights between Kansas City and Calgary. As soon as we were provided with the complete itinerary which included multiple flights and going through Toronto both going and returning. The return flights were scheduled for very late exit from Calgary leaving there near midnight and with layovers for the connecting flights so that the schedule was arrival near noon. When we attempted to contact Collette to get alternate flights, we were told we could not speak to them about this and that our YMCA representative would have to do this. This all began many months before the scheduled travel date. Our YMCA representative also got the runaround from Collette on this for several weeks. Long story short, when an alternative was finally presented shortly before the travel date, the alternative offered was horrendously expensive especially compared to what we found when we talked with the airlines on an earlier date. As it was, we found a much better value and cost with an alternate airline and the original airline refused to provide and refund to us. We are retirees and we find the lack of consideration for us and our age in flying itinerary to be intolerable and hence will not bring our business or make any recommendations for Collette in the future.

The tour was wonderful. However, the flight arrangements made by Collette Air Group were terrible. I don’t recommend using that service. Also, we were part of a group and our coordinator had numerous issues contacting/dealing with the assigned Collette representative.

Overall, the trip experience was wonderful! Since Jasper happened, sights that we’ve visited were just as memorable. Kudos… to the planners, tour managers, drivers etc. Keep up the great experience Collette!

The best trip ever. The accommodations were perfect, the service was geat!!!! The Tour Manager was perfect, she told us so much history of Canada. She catered to all our needs. Because of the Jasper fire, with Collette help, we got to see more of Canada beautiful mountains and lakes. Even rode a gondola, it was wonderful!!!

Tour manager and bus driver were excellent. Ski lift at Lake Louise was great. Loved the views from the top.

I loved it all.

Being on a group company tour gave access that would be hard to obtain on your own (parking, Lake Louise). Peyto Lake and Moraine Lake were a treat due to ease of access and great vantage point to admire the amazing color. The Glacier NP visit was less than anticipated, But Waterton was a quiet, pleasant experience. The Banff stay was good.

Waterton was a drag. Collette should have arranged meals together everyday not just a few days.

All the tour trips to the different sites was filled with knowledge of interesting history of the province, towns, cities, geology places & sites. Her group interaction & there participation with game she played & seats rotation on a daily basis made everything so pleasant. Her enthusiasm & the love of her country & her job is most evident. She certainly didn't miss her calling in life. 🤗

More time in Glacier would improve the tour as would more information about the region provided by the tour director.

One of our best vacations ever! Husband and I along with our 2 children (around 30). We all thought it was a fabulous trip. J. Stopchycki was excellent! She helped build camaraderie. She was easy going but very organized and provided lots of activities, stops and time to see so much. Each place we visited was better than the last. Loved seeing some wild life too! We have so many wonderful pictures and what great experiences we had at Glacier, Waterton, Banff, Lake Louise and more......tried to only share a pic without others in it, so the picture doesn't all the beauty. You will just have to go see for yourself .... Thank you Collette Tours and Jackie!

The Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Park was such a wonderful experience, beautiful scenery, lots of animals, the hotels were wonderful, nice and clean and friendly staff. Our tour guide Jovanka Mrdja was so good, she had such wonderful knowledge and told many stories about the history and area. She was our tour guide on a trip a few years ago for the Christmas Markets in Austria & Germany, so we were pleased to see her again, she knows her stuff and also lots of fun and always willing to answer questions. She goes above and beyond. Our bus driver Keith was also a good driver and very caring. There were so many wonderful experiences but hiking up to Moraine Lake was a highlight, words can't describe how beautiful that was. Riding the Jammers was fun but we got hit with an unexpected hail storm but gave us a story to tell. Maybe Collette should consider updating tour book for suggested tips. I have traveled with Collette for many years now, being a group leader from Troy, OH, I always feel confident that Collette will take good care of us and take care of any issues. The only thing I was disappointed in was the flight, and I know Collette can not guarantee seating to be what we asked for. However, on United this was the first time couples were separated and I who always ask for an aisle was given window on all flights. Of course the plane was full so no way to change. On the longer flights it is nice to travel with your companion. We had flight info many months before we left so I would think we could arrange to be together and also we were all in the very back of the plane for all flights. Just wondering if Collette can ask the airline to consider at least putting couples together. As I said this is the first time so many were separated. Thank you again for such a great trip as usual, never disappointed. I am looking forward to more trips in the future.

Walking on the Athabaskan glacier was a wonderful experience. Going to a working ranch was good. Would have liked to see more of the ranch. Needed a full day in Banff.

The tour was well managed. Besides seeing new sights I learned a lot about the area of the Canadian Rockies, Calgary and the Glaciers.

This trip was an amazing trip that I will look back fondly for a lifetime. The scenery was breath taking, We enjoyed our excursion at the Buffalo jump. A Blackfoot guide spoke to us about of the plains people culture and gave us a briefing of the historic site. On the trip we saw lots of wildlife , including bears thanks to our awesome bus driver and guide. The Rocky Mountains, Glacier National Park and and Watertown National Park and all the other Parks beauty will stay in my memory forever. The Glacier walk and the pictures of that Glacier were perfect. Our overnight stops were perfect because it gave us extra time to enjoy the local sights The farewell dinner in Calgary was an unexpected pleasure. I would love to go back again. Our wonderful tour director , Daniel Guertin, was fantastic. I can truly say because of him our trip was a memorable experience

Terrific tour guide who gave lots of history of the different places we went, many stops on the bus at gorgeous scenery. All of the people we toured with on the trip were so friendly.

All was Great, Tour Manager, Accommodation and Tour!

The sights and included features were incredibly beautiful. I got to see the best of the best with no effort on my part. I learned a lot at the buffalo jump about the native culture. Our tour manager knew the areas well and took us to additional places and gems not mentioned in the itinerary. Everything was very well organized and seamless.

Other than travel to tour welcome, everything was well organized and well guided.

Our tour director was very knowgeable of our trip. Accommodations at Glacier national park were horrible. I liked location but accommodations were sub par. Other than that excellent!

the tour bus was bad. the right rear wheel was noisey and rough the whole trip. I sat over it on first day and felt very uncomfortable thinking the wheel was not right. The sound was terrible. the driver said he was to have someone come and look at it thinking the shocks were the problem. But no one came. The sound did get somewhat quieter but was never quite comfortable.

Tour manager needed to manage 45 people on the bus. That, combined with tight schedule, left very little time for 'hiking' or 'exploration'. This tour can be extended by a day, and/or Jasper can be added with two more days. Manager did accommodate couple extra scenic visiting sites and provided interesting historical perspective on sites. To avoid people 'blocking' seats on the bus (by leaving their belongings on the seats), suggest manager rotate seating (this is the only tour out of five I have taken where this was not done). Also suggest a group gathering evening before tour starts for team building (few may enroute and miss it). Bus driver could have been 'warmer'!!

The tour was very well organized with beautiful sites. Loved the Jammer car ride to the sun and walking on the glacier.

One of the beat trip I have taken

Excellent tour guide (Scott Robertson). He made the tour well worth the trip with his knowledge of the area & wonderful stories & short movies. Our driver was excellent also & often showed us wildlife that we would have otherwise missed. I especially liked the little town of Waterton & wish we could have had more time there. The whole trip was well worth the money. The hotels were excellent & in very good locations.

Places we saw were great. Tour guide Patricia Brown was excellent. Bus driver, James was also excellent.

The tour manager was excellent. She sets the bar for any other tour manager .

The weather was wonderful. The meals provided were very good. Most of the breakfast buffets had several choices of food. Patricia and Doug (tour manager and bus driver) were lovely. Patricia is very knowledgeable and very proud of her country. She also tried to help locate my lost luggage for 2 days. I have photos that look postcard worthy. I wish I was able to see the Rockies without smoke but I am happy to admire the majestic beauty. If ihad a complaint it would be the discrepancy in the activity level. One place says can you walk 30-45 minutes and go up a flight of stairs, another place says can you walk 3-4 miles. I called collette and they said walking of 30-45 minutes. However when we received our booklet with name tags etc, it said walking 3-4 miles.

There were some disappointments along the way, with the beginning of the tour, and some miscommunication by the tour manager during the tour. I have already shared the details of this with Collette directly in the survey that they sent. Also, the food was terrible throughout. However, the scenery and the beauty of the country on this tour was wonderful.

Perfect Fall drive on highway headed for Athabaskan Glacier. Bus stopped at several scenic overlooks which made for some fantastic picture-taking opportunities.

Was very good. I can't say what was my favorite as I loved it all. The calvery stampede is basically my reason for picking this trip.

Glacier National Park, and Calgary Stampede was exciting

We planned this trip in order to be there during the time of the Stampede. We could have spent more time there and should have gone the first night during our free time. Standing on the glacier was also another big highlight of our trip.

Canadian Rockies combine incredible snow and glacier capped mountains with broad prairie vistas and lake options to see and enjoy the pleasant temperatures as we sizzle in the United States.

Very long travel days, with nothing in between. Did not get to go on the tour in Glacier, even though part of the road was still open.

Tour was great. A lot of bus time but realize sights were spread out over miles. Would have liked more time at Glacier National Park lodge for lunch or just relaxing at the lake. Hotels were nice. Banff is just breath taking! Immensely enjoyed our days there! Did NOT like the red eye home from Calgary!

Helpful from home to tour and back. Our tour guide was so informative and took care of all changes. This is my 3rd tour with you and all were just excellent. Will send picture in the mail--I took many pictures and our guide was aware of this and helped me although I am handicapped.

We loved all the places we visited, just didn't enjoy all the bus time.

See previous remarks. I'd add that the outdoor grilled dinner at a real live Montana ranch was a special experience, although the food could have been better, and they had no ice for drinks, which was odd and actually kind of ruined it for me. I like my drinks ice cold.

I think there was a parade during the day which we either missed or did it get cancelled???

The sights were beautiful in Montana and Canada. Was disappointed with not seeing bears but with very warm temps they were staying deep in woods. Not something you can control. Riding in the Jammers at Glacier Park was fun.

Legs dangling from a ski lift chair, on the way up a mountain and there , looking down was a Grizzly mama and 2 cubs! (Within seconds we saw a second mama and 2 cubs...)

I think we stayed in the bus tour section of the hotel in Bamff. Seeing the bear with cubs from the ski lift was special. The Canadian Rockies were spectacular. The bus driver and host were very good. I suggest the tour in September when the areas are not as crowded.

I don't believe there is much room for improvement.

The scenery was just beautiful. I loved the hotels we stayed at, so unique. I enjoyed all the sights that were on the tour. Each had its own distinct beauty and story.

Between the helicopter ride and the gondola ride it would be hard to choose.

I have been on several Collette Tours and have always enjoyed them immensely. When we first booked this tour we thought it was a bit pricey for a five day tour (total of seven days with travel days on each end of the tour). However, we were very impressed with the accommodations and think the slightly higher cost was worth the price. The first hotel in Calgary, the Downtown Weston, was a very nice hotel and they provided a very nice buffet breakfast. The second hotel, The Prince of Wales Hotel, Waterton, Alberta, Canada, was extremely picturesque and quaint and we enjoyed the hotel and scenery very much. We had no issues with the fact that there is no TV or self-operated elevator in the hotel. They hotel is a National Historic Site and they are attempting to maintain it's 1920's and 30's era hotel. The second hotel, the Fairmont in Banff, Alberta, Canada was very, very impressive and we had a top notch, three night stay. During our entire stay, including room, meals, lounge and hotel staff we were constantly pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff at the "Castle of the Rockies." I strongly suggest if you stay at this hotel take the time to walk around and "get lost" in the majesty of the hotel. The excursions were all very, very interesting and educational. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Lake Louise, Bow Lake, Lake Moraine, riding in the "Red Cars" to Sun Mountain, walking on the glacier, riding the ski lift, visiting Waterton and Banff and seeing the majestic Canadian Rockies as we drove to all the scenic locations. Our tour guide, Geoffery, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire trip. He even went out of his way to help us get a table for six one night at dinner and we were very thankful for his attention to detail. During our trip we saw bears, bald eagles, long horn sheep and ground squirrels. The only downside to the entire trip was flying Air Canada. We wished Collette would have known and informed us of Air Canada's policy about reserved seats on their flights. During our flights from Toronto to Calgary and from Calgary to Toronto, some of our party were scattered all over the aircraft in individual seats and not sitting with their spouses. This was disappointing not being able to fly with our husbands and wives. Also, and this is totally out of Collette's control, is the "pain" of going through the Toronto Airport. It is an extremely busy airport and some the the processes of going through Canadian and U.S. Customs are very confusing and cumbersome. I would suggest if you plan to take this trip fly to Calgary from Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO or Seattle, WA via a U.S. based airline. I think this is something Collette should suggest or at least offer as an option to future travelers. Bottom line……we had a great time and would recommend this tour!

This was my first Collette tour, but I hope it won't be my last. I think I got good value and inclusion for the dollars paid for this trip. It was a dream of mine to return to some of the spots I had visited 49 years ago. The Banff Springs Hotel had always been a dream of mine, and those accommodations and the overall atmosphere did not disappoint. All of their employees were so courteous and made us feel like welcome guests. I gave the accommodations rating only as "good" due to the less than spectacular experience at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton. It is a fine old building, but the room accommodations were sparse at best and some of the hotel employees were less than friendly. Too bad! Overall, the scenery was spectacular and all the local guides and drivers were exceptional! Wonderful memories! Thanks, Collette.

Lake Louise was so beautiful and we had the ability to enjoy a long walk around the lake.

Too much time spent on bus. Most of the meals provided on the trip were not very good. The accommodations for the farewell dinner were particularly bad -- in a noisy restaurant/bar with no separate room for a group of 44. Our room in Banff was over the air conditioning equipment so we couldn't open our windows which would have eliminated the need to run air conditioning and our rooms definitely lacked good views. The Prince of Wales hotel should never be used except to view the site and the architecture. The weather was outstanding and I really enjoyed walking around Lake Louise which should not have required an additional charge. The trip up the chairlift was pleasant but totally unnecessary. It would have been nice to have had a boat trip on the lake when we were in Waterton. We had to leave the hotel in Banff for our return flight before the restaurant opened. No provision was made for a "box breakfast" to take with us. Although bottles of water were in a cooler on the bus, we were asked to pay $1.00 for them. I have been on other tours where there was never any charge. In short, I felt that Collette skimped on providing amenities and I will never take another Collette tour.

Highly recommend Calgary Stampede if one is traveling to Canadian Rockies

the rooms in one of the hotels left much to be desired. The setting was breath taking but the facility was disappointing. We were told this is a UNESCO site and no changes could be made to the hotel

The food at the Prince of Wales Hotel needs improvement. Our dinner there was our least favorite eating experience on the trip.
