Tour manager left a lot to be desired. Was always changing the schedule. Never took in consideration that he had peple on the tour who had mobility problems - parked far away from restaurants, etc. Didn't seem to know much about the tour he was leading- read from a paper about our Vancouver city tour -description of Chinatown didn't match what he was reading. Didn't seem to know where to eat lunch, etc when we were traveling from place to place. Had 2 people on the tour who were leaders and didn't consult them at any time when there were problems. On our group dinners what he gave as the menus didn't match what we received for dinner. There were several people who were on their first Collette tour and wondering if they would take another one. The people who led our optional tours - Bob in Chinatown and Krystal for the Indigenous tour - were excellent. We could have spent all day with them.Ann Nowicki

The tour of western Canada was very beautiful with great information about the history of the area. All accommodations were exceptional and. Meals included were very good. The guides provided were well informed and interesting.

Seeing a black bear under our gondola coming down from a view Lake Louise. Also our visit to Moraine Lake was one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. There was enough free time to rent a bike in Banff where I encountered elk along the trail.Carol Mentonelli

First bus tour, excellent accommodations, and our tour guide “Catherine” was excellent. You could tell she knew her history and that she loved her country. ❤️ And our bus driver, Sharmaky, did a fantastic job of getting around on the city streets. Hats off to both, they were professional, extremely pleasant, and just plain fun to be around and talk to. Can’t say enough about the tour, was beautiful, fun, and had a great time and experience. 👏Mary Bubbers
