There was a lot to like about the tour. Some of the scenery is stunning, and it is interesting to experience the food and culture of the nation. The hotels were great. I think the dollar is very strong in Peru. We had an excellent tour manager. The low oxygen in the air at high altitudes is real and caught me by surprise even though maybe it should not have done so. I found this trip more arduous than just about any other trip I’ve taken. And in addition, some members of our family dealt with fairly significant travelers diarrhea, which took away From the experience. All in all I feel that I personally had a very good trip.
