Yemista Stuffed Tomatoes and Peppers
Ingredients:
10 very ripe tomatoes
10 green peppers
2 onions, pureed
½ head of garlic, pureed
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped basil
1 cup of chopped mint
1 ½ cups (400 grams) rice
1 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 tsp sugar
