1. $200 gift card incentive

   Travel Agents will earn a $200 gift card for every Collette booking from 1 March to 31 December 2026. The booking incentive applies only after a deposit is made. All bookings must be active and under deposit to count. A booking is defined as a minimum of two full-paying passengers in a double room or a single passenger in a single room. This offer is valid for new retail bookings only. Not applicable on existing retail bookings or group bookings. Redemption codes will be emailed to eligible Agents within one month of the deposits being applied, with instructions on how to redeem. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms from the issuer. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or travel reward credits. Additional conditions may apply.

2. Specialist Pricing : $150 per night

   In order to qualify for the Exclusive Collette Specialist Pricing, Travel Agents must be actively employed, have an active IATA and be certified as a Collette Specialist by completing Collette University Explorations module(s).  Collette reserves the right to validate all information to determine eligibility.  

   Upon completion of Collette University Explorations Module(s), eligible Travel Agents may request their first tour and departure date from the Specialist Tour list on the Agent Portal.  Exclusive Collette Specialist rates are limited to one per Agent per calendar year of travel.  Agents  utilising the Exclusive Collette Specialist Pricing ($150 per night) forfeit the use of any other travel professional discount within the same calendar year of travel.

   To maintain eligibility for a second tour utilising the Exclusive Collette Specialist Rate, advisors must have a minimum of one non cancelled booking that has travelled within the previous 12 months, along with completing all required curriculum in Collette University.

   Travel Advisors may request a double-occupied room with companion or a single occupancy room.  In a double occupancy room, the advisor would receive the applicable Exclusive rate outlined and their companion at the Exclusive rate with a $50 surcharge per night (Agent $150 pn Companion $200 pn ). Single Occupancy rooms would be at the applicable outlined single rates.

   Exclusive rates quoted are per person and land only.  Rates are applicable to the full land tour only and do not include air, inter-air, extensions, room upgrades, park fees, port charges, taxes or other optional tour components.  Air is available and quoted on request at a discount of 10% off a base fare flexible ticket for both the Travel Advisor and Companion.  Pre nights, post nights, extensions as well as other optional items are available for purchase and can be quoted at time of booking at a 10% discount off published rates for both the Travel Advisor and Companion.

   Bookings and additional ancillary items are non-commissionable and not combinable with any other promotions, discounts or rewards. Not applicable for use with an existing booking, group departure or where comps and/or commission are earned and applied by the same travel advisor. Request for space is limited to the selected tour departures outlined, is capacity restricted and will be determined and approved by Collette on a first come, first served basis. Standard retail deposit terms apply. 3. Explorations 10 Reward Program

   The Explorations 10 Reward Program is an incentive program available exclusively to Travel Agents who meet the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined below. Participation is subject to verification by Collette.

   Eligibility

   • The participant must be an actively employed Travel Consultant and hold a valid IATA number.
   • Eligibility is limited to bookings and travel made within the parameters of the Exclusive Collette Specialist Pricing program ($150 per day).

   Qualification Criteria

   • A Travel Agent qualifies for the Explorations 10 Reward program by having 10 passengers travel with Collette within a single calendar year (1 January – 31 December). Once this has occurred Collette will reimburse the agent the $150 nightly cost of the Specialist Tour. Eg 9 nights at $150 = $1350

   Conditions of Use

   • Benefits apply to the land only component of the Specialist tour and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
   • Bookings contributing to qualification must be attributed to a single individual Travel Agent and cannot be combined across multiple Consultants within an office.
   • The program does not apply to group departures
   • Collette reserves the right to validate employment, IATA status, booking records, and any information submitted for the purposes of determining eligibility or awarding benefits.
   • All program components are subject to change or withdrawal at Collette’s discretion.
