I have no criticism of the trip. I’m not crazy about a flight day that subtracts a whole day from the trip experience, but I knew this. My favorite parts of the trip were the Norwegian fjord cruise, the Fram railway, the Vasa Museum.

Johnny was the perfect blend of English speaking and Norwegian relating. Innovative well planned and surprisingly exciting detailing.

It was my second trip to Europe, and my expectations were fulfilled. I'm soon to be 80, and am getting a late start on taking tours and trips of this kind. I'd like to start with my compliments to our tour guide, Lily. Her knowledge of the history of Denmark, Sweden and Norway was just the kind of experience I was hoping for. Her individual kindness and patience is very appreciated. We had ample time to complete our daily scheduled tours, with extra space for some places to go on our own. My personal bucket list item was to see Edvard Munch's paintings at the National Museum in Oslo, including one of his "The Scream" works and others. Stockholm also is a place that I'd love to spend more time in again. The food, everywhere, was excellent, as well as the hotel accomodations, living up to being surrounded by traditional lovely conditions. We were not hurried off from one destination to another, and had time for mingling with our fellow travelers-extremely enjoyable.

Loved seeing the difference between the countries. One of my favorite things was the Flam railroad and the taste of Bergen. Loved the tour guide in Stockholm. Madeleine was an excellent tour guide. She kept everyone on time and kept us informed!!

It was a good trip but not the best.

There was too much time in the bus, but the real reason is that I found the hotels to be on average okay, but not great: one was terrible, one was excellent, and the rest were average.

There were a couple of hotels that were substandard specifically the Scandic in Copenhagen and the hotel in Leon, Norway (that is below Collette’s standards). The meals at the Leon hotel were also not to the liking of many. However, the Bristol hotel in Oslo was superb especially the meals.

We enjoyed the entire experience. It was everything we hoped it would be.

This trip was planned for years and met all expectations. We enjoyed everything!

The tour was veru emkpuab;e overall. Favorite spot was Togenhaus (Spelling?). Would have liked more time in Sweden, less in Norway.

Beautiful scenery and delicious and unique food choices. Enjoyed the art museums, palaces and cathedrals.

The places we stayed at, the food, the tour guide and bus drivers all were wonderful!

Overall a great value for the inclusions of meals, tours, central and good quality hotel stays. Plus a great tour director and drivers. I was able to use their home to airport private transfers and they were great. We had air schedule changes on our return flights and their 24/7 help desk was no help unfortunately but I was able to work with the airlines directly to get home.

It was a bit too much travel time. Didn't get to see a lot of some of the coutries.

i have already done a very detailed review of this trip on Collette's questionaire. Not going to rehash it.

The tour was exhausting. Some of the included sites werren't worth it and I wasn't able to see places that I wanted to visit. There were too many places in too short a time.

Well tuned experience! Great variety.

Would have rated at 5 star on accommodations but had frequent trouble with our room lock in Bergen. Otherwise all accommodations were excellent with great meals.

The group we were with and Mickie, our tour Manager was fantastic. Loved Scandinavia and Iceland was interesting. Loved the days we spent in Norway going to the small towns and seeing the Fiords. Hope to go back some day.

The tour could have been much better if we had a Manager with more knowledge and was interested in make the trip about the customer and not himself. One thing I got to see was the Northern Lights in Iceland the was on my to do list.

Norway fjords breath taking and we had perfect weather!

Denmark and Sweden were very nice but Norway was out of this world. Beautiful beyond words.

We had 4 tour excursions offered, but because we were a small group we couldn't get the minimum number to go. There were 2 restaurants that were subpar, unfortunately both in Stockholm, but the rest of the tour was fantastic.

I enjoyed the places we visited. the canal tour in Denmark and seeing the glacier in Norway.

Wonderful experience. The most memorable experience for me, an artist was visiting the Vegaland sculpture gardens in Oslo. What an amazing body of work for all to enjoy.

Tour guide (Mercedes Castillo Martinez)awfully rude. She didn't say good morning to anyone until everyone started complaining to her about why she isn't nice. She also leaves people behind. She gives one time to he downstairs the day before- the day of, she leaves whomever is not downstairs almost an hour before the time. I was one of the 4 people left behind on a tour that I paid for which is very wrong.

A remarkable tour enhanced by exceptional knowledge of tour director. The knowledge gained of the people and the countries was icing on the cake to the beauty of all the countries visited.

Exceptional Tour Director with experience and knowledge of the area made the experience for us much more richer.

The tour manager was excellent. We saw some very interesting things but still had time to relax. Scandinavia is beautiful.

It was a trip whose geography should/could have been emphasized to a degree it wasn’t.

I would have like more narration about the locations we were driving through when we were on our long bus rides. I never really knew where we were. It would have been nice to have tidbits about the area as we drove. I asked the bus driver what was growing in a field and he had no idea. The drive up to the top of the mt. to view the fjord was great, the stave church, museums (but not enough time allowed for those - should have been at least 15-30 more minutes), the fjord cruise, - lots of interesting things. Loved the Loen hotel, spa, pools, etc.I would like to see more cultural events on these tours - like Norwegian dancers, musicians performing cultural type songs, etc.

I liked that the Travel Agent I had in the past had informed me on Cyber Monday of last year that there was a special going on with this trip and so then I booked it in advance. Sergio Marquez was one of the best Travel Agent's that I had and now he is no longer with the company. I really enjoyed Stockholm, Sweden an I loved the city and seeing all the attractions and I loved a lot of the restaurants that I ate

I enjoyed our time in Geiranger. The fjord cruise was stunning. The Hotel dinning was excellent. Rooms ok, could use some upgrades. Second favorite place was Flam, taking the train ride, stunning scenery and the Fretheim Hotel was lovely.

Too difficult to pick. The Kosta Boda tour was awesome.

Stockholm is a vibrant and wonderful city, The fjords were amazing.

EVERYTHING WAS WELL PLANNED AND EXECUTED.

Most of the events were good. The optional boat ride to the archipelago in Sweden was o.k. Could have spent more time on a boat cruising the islands in the area.

Very detail oriented and competent tour manager. Loved the fjords and Peter's history lessons helped the bus rides fly by.

Very expensive in all three countries. A third bed in the room was appreciated, but the comfort of sleeping was missing!

This trip included coach, rail, and ferry travel which made for continually interesting views and scenic opportunities. One thing that our Tour Manager, made sure to do was to rotate bus seating every day using name tags. It works! It's not a radical change, but it made for a bit more mingling with our fellow travelers, rather than becoming cliquish. We had a great group! Our tour quide was also extremely knowledgeable, imparting history, geography and culture lessons in a painless way. We made numerous stops for photo ops, lunches, shopping and bathroom breaks. He also was very good at handling any personal problem that came up--he is empathetic, good-humored, and skilled at deflecting any sticky situations that might arise. He could also keep track of the times that cruise ships might be in port and arrange our arrivals and departures around them! We seldom had to fight crowds. The tour itinerary is very good. Yes, it involves living out of a suitcase, but it's living in some very, very nice places. One of them in particular, the Toftaholm Herrgard in Sweden was a favorite because of its location in the country--so peaceful--and its fine cuisine. We highly recommend this tour!

Our favorite personal part of the tour was the beautiful scenery in Norway. I do not believe our trip would have been as wonderful with out our tour guide who was very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to please each person. Colette should be very proud to have a tour guide like him. They have also included very interesting sites and history on this tour in each country. Our individual tour guides in different areas were also very good. I don't want to forget our bus drivers who were excellent , drove up and down mountains that I do not believe many of us could handle and were very helpful to all of us .

Excellent guide and drivers. Hotels were excellent and centrally located. Included meals were very good. Would have liked if the trip included a little more of the countryside or Palace/Castles outside Copenhagen.

Our Tour Director, Mona, really made this tour outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about all 3 countries and shared her facts & figures with us!! Food and hotel accommodations were excellent. Since I am from the Deep South of the US I missed the air conditioning in my hotel room. Although weather was nice during the day it was not cool enough to offset the hot room at night. My favorite country was Norway - most scenic with waterways, snow covered mountains and I especially enjoyed the gondola ride to the top of the mountain overlooking Oslo. Bergen was beautiful along the waterway with lively shops, bakeries & restaurants. Unfortunately due to plane delays we missed some of our Stockholm tour but overall it was a great adventure so glad & blessed to be there.

We absolutely loved Oslo and Loen. Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen were fun and interesting. The Scandinavian countrysides were beautiful. Enjoyed the tour introductory/beginning dinner. Our tour manager Cesar Reyna was par excellance! Five plus stars! *****+

Cesar was a wonderful guide. He kept everything on track making it look effortless to keep 30 wondering adults on track. He was marvelous. I loved OSLO. Everything was perfect from the sculpture garden tour, seeing Munch's CREAM, dipping into the water, the ferry ride and classic hotel. What a beautiful, clean city. Copenhagen was a mural from every direction and was fantastic to experience.

Staying at the Alexandria Hotel and floating in the pool while taking in all the magnificent mountains surrounding us was mesmerizing!

Fiord cruises and train ride. The venicular trip was also wonderful. Enjoyed our afternoon at Tivoli Gardens. Enjoyed trying some of the national food selections.

What a truly spectacular vacation! I learned so much and saw a new part of our planet that was so beautiful and so different from my part of the world. The food was wonderful, the tours were excellent, and the countryside beyond beautiful. Our tour guide thought of everything and took great care of us. I also loved that our tour included people from the mid-west, Canada, and Australia! I learned from them, as well.

A great mix of urban experiences (museums, castles, art, history, gardens etc.) plus natural wonders (fjords, mountains, waterfalls). The hotels were centrally located, making exploration easy, and the individual local city guides were knowledgeable.

Poor iterary. Long bus rides with little to no interesting stops. Not well managed.

Stockholm's City Hall I have never seen anything like it Vasa Ship Museum - Interesting Too much time spent on the bus to get to sites and too much time spent in airports. Collette needs to rethink how to present this tour.

Stockholm tour was the best city tour. Loved norway fjords and scenery. Kees was great-there were snafus but he was on top of thing and corrected course promptlx. I would suggest review of next day plan at the end of prior day. This way it is fresh in everyones mind to make the start of the following day off to a great day.

The beginning of the tour switching from Copenhagen Airport to Stockholm was unnecessary. A direct flight from BWI wit Stockholm was possible. Same at the end from Iceland a direct via Icelandic Air was possible. Years ago in 2006 I did a total Norway trip with Collette which was much better. You should bring it back.

Collette’s tour manager was superb and they set up wonderful accommodations and tour guides. Touring Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo were highlights, as well as seeing the Geiranger fjord. Experiencing Constitution Day in Bergen, Norway on May 17 was amazing.

I was very dissatisfied with your choice of airlines. SAS was extremely disappointing, they canceled flights, rebooked with layovers, charged me double for seat selections. I left a day earlier to avoid flights with stops and incurred further expenses. In addition Colette held no accountability for any of these issues. Mattias, our tour guide was EXCELLENT. Our bus drivers, especially Renee, were fabulous. Would have loved to have stayed longer in Vaxjo, we got there late in the day, and the shops were closed. It looked like a beautiful quaint town. The one night stays were short. Hotel Bristol in Oslo was wonderful, as was the PM & Vanner and The Alexandra Hotel. Flam and Leon were beautiful towns.

The itinerary was excellent as were most of the hotels, buses were clean with drivers who were very professional, and I would have preferred a choice of entrees at the included dinners as well as a glass of wine. Given all that, I would travel with Collette again as many guest in our group had traveled multiple times with Collette and agreed with my assessment. Several were already booked or about to on another Collette tour.

We really enjoyed the local tours. The guide were very informative.

Loved visiting each of the countries and their capitals. Increasing my knowledge is an important part of my travel choice. Fascinated by the waterways in and around Copenhagen. Loved Tivoli Gardens. Impressed by the Vasa Museum and the history I learned there.. Fun riding the Flam Railroad. Relaxed traveling in the beautiful fjord region. Surprised by how much I enjoyed Iceland, especially Reykjavík. Great morning tour of Reykjavik.

Our Tour Manager, Johnny Friskilä, was EXCELLENT. He was very personable, friendly, and was always there even before I realized that I needed some help! He kept a kind, watchful eye on us all! He had good suggestions for free time! He & Micke Hellstrom (from an earlier Collette trip to Finland in January of 2023) are standouts as the BEST Trip Managers I have experienced from a number of organized tours! I loved the included trips, especially the Flam train and the ferries through the fjords and the scenery in Norway above timberline by bus. (We had excellent bus drivers, especially on the steep, winding roads in the higher country of Norway!) When we traveled by bus, we made good restroom stops with interesting things to see and available lunches to buy, including to a local museum & an IKEA store with a little IKEA museum, another stop or two had historic ruins with stories related by Johnny. I loved the larger museums that were included: The Vasa ship museum, The Fram ship museum, the folk park, Frederiksborg Castle in Denmark (& I visited a few extra museums on my free time with Viking exhibitions and Tivoli Gardens). We saw the "Little Mermaid" statue in Copenhagen and Johnny, our Trip Manager, brought "Danish pastry" for us all to try, which was a special, extra little bonus! I enjoyed the various walking tours with excellent local guides in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, & Bergen (which poured down rain)! But we were warned about the weather there! When we arrived in Bergen, it was NOT RAINING, so Johnny, our Tour Mgr., suggested that on our free time that afternoon, we might want to take the funicular for the view & get dinner at the waterfront. A group of us did exactly that & it was WONDERFUL! The hotels were excellent as were the breakfasts and dinners at the hotels. Some careful thought was given to our "Welcome Dinner" at a remarkable "garden" restaurant in Copenhagen, which was unique and delicious and our "Farewell Dinner" in the old section of Bergen. It was much appreciated to have a bus to transport us to dinner in the rain and on another occasion, when it was raining hard. The two photos I attached below include a view from Mount Fløyen of Bergen from Bergen's Funicular Railway, Fløibanen; and of a waterfall from Flåmsbana, the scenic train ride we took from Flåm, Norway.

Loved the tour! The tour manager was very informative, helpful and responsive! I wish there was more time in Sweden and less time driving on the bus through Norway. Maybe a day cruise through the Fjords and more time elsewhere? Some of the food was amazing some not so much. OB Overall I had a great experience

Choice of airline and distance by bus to airport were not appreciated. I would have rather had bus transport to Philly airport and use an airline that offered food during the flight, and flew direct to Copenhagen, Denmark rather than having connection in Reykjavik, Iceland. Also several of the rooms booked in hotels offered terrible views and small rooms with inadequate amenities. Two hotels were very good, hotel Bristol in Oslo and Alexandra in Leon, Norway. The food there was excellent. Iceland hotel was the worst. Breakfast there was not good and the room was not great with a terrible view. The spa was nice, however. The ferries on the fiords and train tour in Flam, Norway were the highlights of this trip for me. Norway was especially awesome. More meals and wine at dinner should have been included considering the price of the trip! Also, more time spent at each stop by one day would have given people more time to see things even if it made the trip longer. Also, shuttle transportation around the cities visited would have been appreciated since walking takes a long time and we were short on time. I enjoyed seeing those amazing countries but will not be taking another trip with Colette. I will try other tour companies instead.

The Spectacular Scandinavia was a tremendous first experience especially because our tour manager, Luis Sardelli was such an excellent leader. I cannot express how much we appreciated his attention to detail and made our first experience on a tour a memorable experience. We feel we made a mistake by adding the extra three days in Iceland. At that point I feel that Collette "dropped the ball." The manager, Stephen, didn't encourage confidence and we often felt left on our own. We were looking forward to an excellent three days in Iceland but feel the we saw so very little, I was disappointing. Our bus driver, Andrei, was much more endearing, informative and helpful.

Tour package was awesome! Accommodations were great and guided tours were very informative. Included food on the tour was top-notch. Our tour manager was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful!

Amazing views. A great sampling of every country from food to experiences. The fjord cruise was my favorite with the majestic mountains, & waterfalls as we glided along the water.

Too many to just pick one. Loved the ferry rides on the fjords and thoroughly enjoyed our tour manager Johnny and his thorough knowledge of Scandinavia.

Enjoyed the mix and variety of the trip. City Tours were very informative and helpful when you had free time to explore more on your own, which I also enjoyed- the free time.

Very nice and inclusive our of Scandinavia. It did necessitate some long days on the bus, but we met a lot of people and saw a great deal of the countries. We were surprised on the general CASHLESS economy--no currency needed; everything on Credit Card. Food was great; people lovely and scenery beautiful.

I didn’t know there would not be washcloths at most of the hotels. If I would have known that I would have brought some with me. Otherwise the trip was my favorite part. This was a memorable experienced which I will never forget.

The fjords in Norway are more magnificent in person. I'm glad I got to experience not only that, but everything we encountered on the trip; museums, castles, landscapes, hotels, guides, and the people. Two weeks never went that quickly before.

Overall a well planned and executed experience. Communication from Collette was timely and helpful. The included tours and meals were great and there was a nice balance of tours and free time.

Denmark and Sweden were very nice but Norway was out of this world. Beautiful beyond words.

We had 4 tour excursions offered, but because we were a small group we couldn't get the minimum number to go. There were 2 restaurants that were subpar, unfortunately both in Stockholm, but the rest of the tour was fantastic.

I enjoyed the places we visited. the canal tour in Denmark and seeing the glacier in Norway.

Wonderful experience. The most memorable experience for me, an artist was visiting the Vegaland sculpture gardens in Oslo. What an amazing body of work for all to enjoy.

Tour guide (Mercedes Castillo Martinez)awfully rude. She didn't say good morning to anyone until everyone started complaining to her about why she isn't nice. She also leaves people behind. She gives one time to he downstairs the day before- the day of, she leaves whomever is not downstairs almost an hour before the time. I was one of the 4 people left behind on a tour that I paid for which is very wrong.

A remarkable tour enhanced by exceptional knowledge of tour director. The knowledge gained of the people and the countries was icing on the cake to the beauty of all the countries visited.

Exceptional Tour Director with experience and knowledge of the area made the experience for us much more richer.

The tour manager was excellent. We saw some very interesting things but still had time to relax. Scandinavia is beautiful.

It was a trip whose geography should/could have been emphasized to a degree it wasn’t.

I would have like more narration about the locations we were driving through when we were on our long bus rides. I never really knew where we were. It would have been nice to have tidbits about the area as we drove. I asked the bus driver what was growing in a field and he had no idea. The drive up to the top of the mt. to view the fjord was great, the stave church, museums (but not enough time allowed for those - should have been at least 15-30 more minutes), the fjord cruise, - lots of interesting things. Loved the Loen hotel, spa, pools, etc.I would like to see more cultural events on these tours - like Norwegian dancers, musicians performing cultural type songs, etc.

Well managed tour and good value for the money

All was good. Tour guide very knowledgeable. All in all was a good tour.

One more day in either Sweden or Denmark. If the train from Stockholm to Oslo could be in daylight it would add more scenery .

Too hard to pick just one event, but the Viking sites and museums were my favorite.

Everyday was new,special for me. ..each a new experience in a beautiful city,country! Group tour was a new experience,I would go on another .

Norway is now my new #1 favorite destination. The views are breathtaking.

I liked that the Travel Agent I had in the past had informed me on Cyber Monday of last year that there was a special going on with this trip and so then I booked it in advance. Sergio Marquez was one of the best Travel Agent's that I had and now he is no longer with the company. I really enjoyed Stockholm, Sweden an I loved the city and seeing all the attractions and I loved a lot of the restaurants that I ate

I enjoyed our time in Geiranger. The fjord cruise was stunning. The Hotel dinning was excellent. Rooms ok, could use some upgrades. Second favorite place was Flam, taking the train ride, stunning scenery and the Fretheim Hotel was lovely.

Too difficult to pick. The Kosta Boda tour was awesome.

Stockholm is a vibrant and wonderful city, The fjords were amazing.

All sights seen were interesting. Norway was beautiful. We appreciated the drive up to the scenic outlook after the fjord cruise.

Whole tour was great. Most memorable was probably the changing of the guard in Oslo. Only downside was there was too much emphasis on tipping, particularly as US/Australians already had it included

Most of the events were good. The optional boat ride to the archipelago in Sweden was o.k. Could have spent more time on a boat cruising the islands in the area.

Very detail oriented and competent tour manager. Loved the fjords and Peter's history lessons helped the bus rides fly by.

This trip included coach, rail, and ferry travel which made for continually interesting views and scenic opportunities. One thing that our Tour Manager, made sure to do was to rotate bus seating every day using name tags. It works! It's not a radical change, but it made for a bit more mingling with our fellow travelers, rather than becoming cliquish. We had a great group! Our tour quide was also extremely knowledgeable, imparting history, geography and culture lessons in a painless way. We made numerous stops for photo ops, lunches, shopping and bathroom breaks. He also was very good at handling any personal problem that came up--he is empathetic, good-humored, and skilled at deflecting any sticky situations that might arise. He could also keep track of the times that cruise ships might be in port and arrange our arrivals and departures around them! We seldom had to fight crowds. The tour itinerary is very good. Yes, it involves living out of a suitcase, but it's living in some very, very nice places. One of them in particular, the Toftaholm Herrgard in Sweden was a favorite because of its location in the country--so peaceful--and its fine cuisine. We highly recommend this tour!

Our favorite personal part of the tour was the beautiful scenery in Norway. I do not believe our trip would have been as wonderful with out our tour guide who was very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to please each person. Colette should be very proud to have a tour guide like him. They have also included very interesting sites and history on this tour in each country. Our individual tour guides in different areas were also very good. I don't want to forget our bus drivers who were excellent , drove up and down mountains that I do not believe many of us could handle and were very helpful to all of us .

Very expensive in all three countries. A third bed in the room was appreciated, but the comfort of sleeping was missing!
