Wow ! This tour did not disappoint . The Tour manager Cynthia had every detail arranged to be seamless The optional tours added to the excitement , Lots of bucket list items checked off ton this trip .

This trip was an ADVENTURE!! The Guide, the Helsinki Hotel and tour and the Kakslauttanen Resort were beyond my expectations.

Collette did NOT honor my "aisle seat" request and DID NOT tell me that they couldn't.....found out too late. Northern Lights were not visible to the naked eye. I think further north is better.

Great manager, great place, great food, great fellow travelers. In other words, a great trip.

The weather was perfect, all accommodations were wonderful, our tour guide went above and beyond to make our experience spectacular. The staff at all events from meeting Santa to dog sledding, reindeer sleigh trip, horseback riding were excellent. Our flights were on time and the entire trip was an amazing experience. We would highly recommend this trip!

Time it’s the Lapland resort.

The whole trip was a lifetime experience! It was very easy from getting to the airport to coming home. Excellent care, accommodations, and amazing excursions of learning and excitement.

Tour was awesome. Madeline our tour director was the best! Took good care of all of us. It was far better than we could have even imagined. A once in a lifetime experience. Magical!

So much fun! Finland is beautiful and there’s lots to do.

The accommodations were great! I liked the cabins more than the igloo in Lapland, but it was a once in a lifetime experience. The husky sled ride was a thrill and I loved those dogs!

Everything about the tour was planned very well. We never had to think about anything; all was taken care of. Our tour guide, Claudia, was exceptionally patient and organized. My favorite part of the trip was Lapland and the Kakslauttanen Resort. My only “negative” is that there were too many items on the itinerary and it didn’t provide enough downtime to just enjoy the surroundings and accommodations. Knowing what I know now, I would extend my trip to include at least one extra day in Helsinki. If it were possible, I’d also extend my time at the Kakslauttanen Resort by at least one day as well.

It was a great trip. Activities and options scheduled well and the staff was very educated on the region and supportive when technology fsiled

There were some things that could have been better. Namely the food at the Lodge and planned events.

Great tour manager, very well organized. Loved the planned activities.Also liked having down time to explore on own or rest. Food was very good. Accommodations were very nice. Lapland was a blast!!!

I enjoyed seeing what all of Finland looked like I had been to Helsinki before the sled rides were great I especially liked the tank ride

Actually close to 5 stars. Everything was great, service was good. There was a long list of items to bring to get ready for the snow. Emphasis was on clothing, we were overdressed. Main thing the ice cleats, a small gadget for our boots wasn't mentioned or not so clear. Important to have for slippery ice. We all wanted to buy one from the hotel shop, but they said they were out! Two from our group fell on ice.

Everything was well planned with top notch accommodations and guides. Included excursions were great experiences.

The tour guide went out of her way on several occasions to make sure we had a memorable experience. The day tour took us to places that may not be on a typical tourist route. Restaurant were exceptional as well, but the outdoor experiences in Kakslauttanen were the highlights. The dog sled runs were our favorite day time activities & of course the northern lights were the primary reason for the trip.

They took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived in Finland until the trip was over and we were back home.

We wires blessed ! I had almost given up hope of seeing the lights because weather conditions were so unfavorable but at dinnertime our last night conditions changed and the entire resort went into ' they're coming ' ~~~~~~~ ' they're here ' mode !!! It was AWESOME !!! The one thing that needs to change ASAP is finding a good place away from the resort to see the lights in the dark. We were taken to a spot that was great for about 10 minutes . Then a logging truck with an enormous very bright light field came through, then a tour bus, then a private van, then another tour bus . Neither human eyes nor camera equipment could adjust successfully that many times.

I loved Helsinki and Lapland! My favorite thing in Helsinki was the Christmas markets. I enjoyed being a short walk from them, and having enough free time to explore and enjoy them. My favorite things in Lapland, beyond seeing the Northern Lights, were the reindeer sleigh ride, and the snow tank. The snow tank was offered by the hotel and not the tour though.

Snow tank was the most unique and spectacular.

Every part of this experience was hassle free and memorable.

Enjoyed every minute of trip. Dog mushing my favorite. Cabins a little too far for older visitors unaccustomed to walking in snow. Lodge provided van pickup and drop off service to and from cabins

Most memorable experiences were getting to Lapland, the resort, the activities planned were as described and if weather caused a change we’re still exciting... meeting* the huskies and ging* on a 5 mile hike...seeing and touching the reindeer

Loved this trip! Would recommend asking for tour guide Abby, she KNOWS almost everything about the Northern Lights!

The Northern Lights were spectacular, but I found the Husky Adventure (Dog Sledding) was a highlight!

Dog sledding and the night reindeer sled rides were the best.

Lapland, beautiful! Loved the reindeer safari at night, the dog sled ride and an optional tour we took, going out at night in "the tank" to look for northern lights, was wonderful!

Really loved the lodge and the cabin. Had a great time on the excursions, especially the dog sledding. Thoroughly enjoyed the Helsinki guided tour. Maria, our guide was very informative. Kristan Rafdal, our tour manager was excellent.

The beautiful scenery, experiences like the reindeer sleigh ride and mushing a dog team were awesome. The accommodations were excellent and the night in the glass igloo was unique. Seeing the Northern Lights was a plus!

My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. This is a great trip. Unlike any other trip I've ever been on.

MOST unique trip I've ever taken, and I've been to lots of places. Very few people have been north of the Arctic Circle to stay in a glass igloo and sleep under the stars while searching for the Northern Lights. Happily, we saw them the first night we were there. The dog sled experience is a MUST. Such a great memory- the dogs are amazingly strong, and the view of snow covered trees, the peaceful setting gliding through the woods - it is a "MUST DO" experience.

Excellent location and accommodations all travel and excursions done well. Especially liked the interaction with the dogs and reindeer

Our guide (Craig Waith) was excellent: very knowledgeable, pleasant, kept us well informed, kept things running on schedule, etc. The places we stayed in were great, and the experiences (reindeer safari, city tour, dog sled ride, Santa visit) were perfect.

The main purpose of taking this tour is for the lights. Advance reading indicated that within the Artic Circle there is a good chance of seeing the lights 2 out of 3 nights. Our experience found that true, but the lights were missed by many (particularly by all in the upgraded kelo cabin) due to poor communication and information. In fact, others who did not upgrade owe their vision to a fellow- traveler who notified them. With only 11 of us and the tour manager having everyone's cell phone numbers, there is no excuse for not setting up better communication. There are no phones between cabins or from cabin to desk in Lapland (were were NOT told about this in advance) and so group members who were more remote couldn't communicate with the rest without a group text/phone being set up.

Helsinki is a beautiful city with so much to see. Loved it Lapland and the Arctic Resort fun and incredible different. Only negatives was ice on all paths to cabins and kells. Unsafe conditions even in our New Hampshire tested hiking boots.

The tour was terrible; it was definitely not as advertised.
