I loved the Pre-exursion to the Tourtuguero National Park the most!! But everything was absolutely amazing!!

Amazing does not even start to sum up this trip. I added the pre tour excursion which is a must. We had such a great time with our group and tour guide Carlos. We saw so much flora and fauna and enjoyed so many beautiful areas of the country. Excursions were amazing and I highly recommend the zipline tour!

Bryce and the Grand Canyon were my favorites. I especially enjoyed the sunrise at the Grand Canyon.

Road trip to Hana on Maui

Excellent, everything went as scheduled!

I loved everything we saw but I loved Bryce the most because I loved the hoodoos, so beautiful! I also really enjoyed the raft trip down the smooth section of the Colorado River. To be in a raft and to see the majestic rock walls rising up near us was amazing! The raft guide knew so much and added to the details of the area. Our guide even recited a poem!

My wife and I always wanted to see the Grand Canyon, and not being great travel planners, we chose Collette’s Canyon Country tour. It was fantastic being able to see some of the amazing national parks without the stress of trying to arrange hotels, park entry fees and parking. We had easier access to the parks than all the long line of cars waiting to get in. My favorite part of the tour was the Grand Canyon, both the view from south rim, and the Horseshoe Bend river raft trip. Around every bend of the raft trip was a new and beautiful view of the canyon walls towering over us. Our next park was Bryce Canyon which was otherworldly! It’s got to be seen to believe. That was followed by Zion National park. The entrance to Zion after going through the tunnel was breathtaking! Everywhere you looked was a different beautiful view. When we purchased the tour package, we bought the flights through Collette which was so easy. We also added a driver to take us to the airport, and one to take us home at the end of the trip. Collette kept in touch with us by email at certain times to remind us of things we needed to do the get ready. Many of our meals were included in the package and some were left open for us to choose where we wanted to eat. The food was consistently good! Our tour manager, Heather Larsen was amazing! She had things running smoothly from day one. Her knowledge of the history of the places we saw on the tour was impressive! During the coach rides, she would tell us about the people and history of where we’re to be that day. She would tie in world and national history with how it affected each area. It gave us such a deeper understanding of what we would see. And it made the coach rides really fly by! Our coach driver Glen was a very good driver and always helpful with whatever neede to be done. He and Heather were a great team and made the rides a lot of fun. We we’re amazed at all we got in the Collette Tour package. The total cost of the tour for both myself and my wife was around $8K which included flights and drivers to and from the airports, many meals, all hotels, park entry fees, and special excursions. Tipping was included in many parts of the tour, but tipping is a very important part of the tour manager’s and driver’s income. And Heather and Glen really earned it!

The hanging bridges excursion was absolutely incredible!! Our tour guide was very personable, knowledgeable and organized. The accommodations were world class. The value of the tour was very good. It was well organized.

The tour director was excellent, as was the driver. We enjoyed all of the tour. The accommodations were very nice. We will use Collette again.

Everyday was special.Each days activities good. Especially enjoyed the zip line and dolphin tour. Enjoyed all the hotels and food. Our guide and bus driver were outstanding.

Our tour manager, Julie Y, made the tour informative, fun and interesting. She kept us updated on our transportation and activities so we could anticipate our daily schedule. Our bus tour drivers were each informational and entertaining as well. Each was born and raised on the islands we toured. Visiting the Arizona Memorial was moving. The Road to Hana was exciting & beautiful. Of course, the luau was enchanting and plentiful and delicious. All the food, breakfasts and dinners, were scrumptious! Touring the palace and learning more about the history of Hawaii was very valuable. Each component of the tour was wonderful! Black sand beach, red sand beach, Maui beaches, volcano, coffee farm, historical sites, etc. I highly recommend this trip!

This trip was best of all. The tour guy was excellent; his knowledge is just unbelievable. So much in his brain!!! We had a wonderful time. Meant some great people, good food, great rooms.

Great hotel, felt safe in the neighborhood of the hotel. Tour manager Michael was so knowledgeable about the area and the events that had happened. Sites were so accessible since we were in the tour group. I wouldn’t want to try to do this tour on my own.

Being in so many historic places was moving and awe-inspiring

Excellent tour guide, perfect taste of historical sites for the 250th! An added treasure of hitting prime cherry blossom time in DC.

The whole tour was fantastic but Julie’s knowledge of Hawaii and Hawaiian culture was exceptional!! She made the tour a memorable experience!
