      • Service
The dinners, hotels and sightseeing were great. The tour conductor was good and improvised very well
      • Tour
Could have been more organized and free time for shopping
      • Service
Arrived late and car service could not fit us plus luggage. By the time we finally got to the hotel day 1 was completely over. We completely missed the final day in Vancouver because of train issues which we were told by everyone is a common occurrence - this was NOT made clear in the brochure. We also had bunk beds on the train which should have been spelled out clearly in the brochure.
      • Tour
The hotel in jasper was awful. The "Diner's Choice" was not really our choice but had to be chosen while on the bus sight and menu unseen. Then when we arrived at the banff restaurant we had a special tour menu and not the restaurant menu. The train was late, the food was mediocre and we had to sleep in bunk beds - that fact should have been explained in the brochure.
      • Service
Easy to book over the phone. I would definitely go with Collette again.
      • Tour
I enjoyed it very much. I think the overnight accommodations on the train could have been explained more clearly, since as seniors it was challenging to be in such a confined space and have to climb up to a bunk bed.
