Collette Travel Advisor Loyalty Program

The Collette Travel Advisor Loyalty Program is available to verified travel advisors located in the United States or Canada. The travel advisor must have qualifying Collette sales activity that can be tracked at the individual advisor level. Collette reserves the right to validate eligibility and supporting information.

Tier status is based on actual travelled Collette gross revenue credited to the eligible travel advisor during the calendar year from January 1 through December 31.

Advisors may move to a higher tier during the calendar year once the applicable qualifying revenue threshold is reached. Advisors will begin the following calendar year at the highest tier earned in the prior year.

If qualifying travelled revenue in the following year does not support the same tier, the advisor will move to the lower earned tier effective January 1 of the next calendar year. For example, if an advisor earns Gold in 2027 and begins 2028 at Gold, but their 2028 revenue qualifies only for Silver, they will move to Silver effective January 1, 2029.

Travel benefits are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by Collette.

Bronze advisors may access the $150-per-night tour benefit one time only, after the required completion of Collette University.

Advisors in the silver tier or above will have their contact information available to consumers on the Collette website.

The Gold and Platinum desk access gives advisors priority access to an experienced support team for bookings, reservation servicing, air coordination, traveller needs, and operational follow-up. Advisors receive dedicated phone and email support, proactive milestone reminders, faster internal escalations, and ongoing ownership of complex requests until resolution.

After application and approval by Collette, the Growth Accelerator Program pairs selected travel advisors in Gold or Platinum loyalty tiers with Collette to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Advisors receive strategic support, co-op marketing funds and share campaign results to measure success. Dollar amounts to be determined by Collette and cannot be requested as a cash payout.

Yes. Collette reserves the right to change, substitute, suspend, or discontinue program benefits, requirements, eligible markets, or availability at its discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements and approved communications.
