Our trip to Italy was truly unforgettable! Everything was incredibly well organized, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. The itinerary was the perfect mix of iconic sights and unique experiences, and every stop was memorable. Chiara, our tour guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The amount of knowledge she had was extraordinary. The hotels, transportation, and excursions were all excellent, making the entire trip seamless from beginning to end. Thank you for an amazing experience. We made memories that will last a lifetime, and I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone planning a trip to Italy!

Everything was so wonderful….its hard to pick a most memorable. The concert at the Schoenbern, the river cruise in on the Danube in Budapest, the cooking class in Prague, the entire Krakow experience. All of it!

Truly desirable destinations and experiences, especially the smaller, family owned tours like McGill's Brewery, the sheepdog exhibit, and the jaunting ride through the national park. Top notch trip leader --was like a walking encyclopedia! We ALWAYS choose Collette Tours for our trip itineraries!

It was an unforgettable experience! The tour guide was a seasoned, funny and very knowledgeable. He allowed us to explore and guide us so we couldn’t get lost! Hotels were very nice and air conditioned.

Our tour guide was exceptional as well as the sights. The hotels in Palermo and Marsala were less so, and the group meals were subpar.

It was a combination of big cities and small locations. Tour manager was excellent. He gave informative chats during days with long bus rides. His experience enabled him to handle hiccups such as a scheduled lunch visit on a Sunday in a village with limited open restaurants. This tour was a nice combination of scheduled activities and free time. Tour director had suggestions for restaurants and things to see during g free time.

Best tour I have ever taken with Collette.

This was my first tour with Collette and I was very pleased with our experiences, from start to finish. Our tour manager, Micke, was top notch. I loved our accommodations, the transport, and the local tours. I also appreciated that there was plenty of time built into our itinerary to have free time, which is important to me.

Every day, the well thought out excursions were so amazing, but I especially loved the small group activities including the truffle hunt and lunch, the olive oil farm, the cheese farm and the lunch with a local family. The small group (22 travelers) also made it easy to manage touring through the towns and cathedrals. I liked the hotel choices especially because of their proximity to the town because we could walk and enjoy them in the evening. Even though the last place we stayed was not in a town, we loved the pool after a day of sightseeing and the meals there were delicious! However, the thing that stands out the most in my mind was our amazing tour guide, Giulio! He was so personable, enthusiastic and informative! He is a gem! Also, our bus driver, Carmine, was an impressive driver in many tough conditions and was always kind and professional.

I can't give just one experience. All the dinners included on the tour were fabulous. The walking guides were extremely knowledgeable and presented their information well and were flexible when accommodating weather; and we liked starting the tours early in the mornings so we beat the crowds. We liked the location of the hotels being "off the beaten path" of tourists and in the city centers.

Our tour manager Amber was fantastic. Her stories and information of Scotlands history was very good. It inspired me to look up some of the information after I got home. We had a nice variety of tours and places to visit. The time really flew by, wish I had had a few more days to see more of the country. I really enjoyed the tours of the castles and churches. I love the architecture. The weather was perfect. I would highly recommend this tour as a favorite of mine.

Giulio is just wonderful! The trip was exceptional because of out of the way excursions. Truffle hunting was the best, plus seeing cheese making and the lunch at family home , all made the trip one of a kind!

I loved the London, Cornwall and Devon portions of the tour and liked the Cotswolds. The outdoor tours both at Dartmoor National Park walking across the moors and Botallack feeling the wind on the coast while looking out to sea were visually stunning and so fully immersive thanks to our amazing guides. I could have spent a week at Bovie Castle.

This tour gave so many memorable moments it is impossible to narrow it down. The smallest most insignificant stops ended up being spectacular. I thought Bathe was a useless visit, I was wrong, it was incredible. York, just a stop between two major cities was my favorite place with such interesting living history. The Shambles were so cool, I loved being there. There was nothing I did not enjoy. Our afternoon Tea in London was so elegant. I never thought Tea could be so special. Norman Greene our tour manager was awesome. His insight helped us to understand the culture and history of the places we visited, which made everything more interesting and enjoyable. His recommendations for our down times were very helpful. He was absolutely the best. I am not a brave person, but I kissed The Blarney Stone, amazing. I never heard of The Rock of Cashel, but what an amazing sight and history. This trip is truly worth while and I would recommend it to anyone with any interest at all. Thank You Norman.

Tour was outstanding! Norman, our tour Manager went out of his way to ensure details were attended to. The Whiskey experience and the afternoon tea experience were beyond anything I imagined that they would be. Our Driver, Tommy, was masterful getting us where we were going through tight turns and narrow roads. The individual tour guides were excellent. Rather than naming a favorite event, I will say this. The history, beauty, and majesty that came to life, the emersive experiences like the farm, Cawl (traditional Scottish soup) in Cowbrige, the magnificent tea experience at the Claremont, the Irish dance and song event at the Belvidere and Norman telling stories and singing Irish folk songs are and will always be etched in my heart. Even after the tour was over, Norman was there for my wife and I offering sincere encouragement when our flight home had an engine bird strike necessitating that the plane return to Dublin and ultimately being cancelled. Norman was up in the wee hours of the morning seeing us off long before he had to be up and out. Thank you so much Norman for your kind attention and all the many things you added to this tour! The gent we worked with setting up the trip, Kessler, was outstanding as well.

Great tour! Guided Vatican tour was phenomenal! Pre-arranged entrance time was amazing. Our guide, Savio, was energetic, informative, and helpful. There were a couple snafus with our flight arrangements (name MUST match passport EXACTLY) and seat assignments (be sure to check assignment directly to the equipment the airline is using!). The Collette staff was accommodating and diligent in straightening it out for us, so final outcome was perfect.

I would go again with Savio and I would gladly recommend Collette. We’re thinking about our next trip right now.
