      • Service
good, as expected. Informative guide, good hotel venues, efficient transportation.
      • Tour
overall, somewhat disappointing due to the misleading marketing of this tour! We were told it was a "Northern Lights" tour, when in fact, the lights were not visible for weeks at a time. THIS TOUR SHOULD NOT BE MARKETED AS A NORTHERN LIGHTS TOUR!!!
      • Service
Tour pace is excellent. Balance of activity with free time. Tour guides are knowledgeable and interesting.
      • Tour
Viewed glaciers and icebergs for the first time. Colors wre impressive.
      • Service
Use local guides. Use guides less condescending to older tourists. Whe. You say
      • Tour
They found excuses not to go look for the northern lights, including "the bus driver has to get some sleep." I expected to drive an hour or two every night "chasing the lights" as advertised. There was a spectacular display in Reykjavik the first night we got to Vik. We could have gone back halfway and seen them.
