The second hotel was not as nice as the first hotel. I feel the one side excursion should have been a part of the tour. The last restaurant we went to was nice, but too many Collette tours were there at the same time. Way too crowded!

Our to tour with Collette to the Balloon Fiesta was subpar overall. My family and I travel around the world and use different tour companies a lot. In our opinion, Collette tours rank very low and did not provide much value for the dollar. Our tour guides constantly changed the schedule, didn't know much about the area, just dropped us of at event locations and told us when to be back, rushed us through the events, placed most emphasis on shopping, and dropped us back at our hotels for extended periods between events. We expected much more for the money spent. We had one great morning at the Balloon Fiesta and that was the highlight of the tour. The optional tour to Taos Pueblo was also subpar. We only had one and a half hours at the tour sight and one hour for lunch, before being hustled back to Santa Fe. The Marriott hotel in Albuquerque was very outdated and not worth the price. Plus the three of us had to stay in the same room with double beds that were advertised as queen size beds. The Drury Hotel in Santa Fe was beautiful and was what we expected throughout the trip. We wound up paying for more meals than we anticipated, and the meals provided by the tour were subpar except the Cooking School in Santa Fe and Drury Hotel final dinner. We spent over $7000 on this tour including air fair and transfers (not including optional tours and food). I would give this tour a 4 out of 10.

I feel I received an "OK thanks for your review, sorry you didn't like your tour, we'll pass it on to someone who cares" kind of response. We will not use Collette Tours for anything again. If you don't care, we don't care!

\nHello, thank you for sharing this feedback with us about the tour. We have passed this along to members of our team for review. We appreciate you and value your insight as it helps us to improve our tours for future guests. We look forward to traveling with you again soon.

The Balloon Fiesta was breathtaking. Collette provided a well-organized, fast paced itinerary. Aside from disappointment with the Marriott Hotel and the very unMarriott like service and facilities, the trip was wonderful.
