We felt that we knew France much better with the 1700 history as well as current France. Both Clay and JP found fabulous ways to learn about and see great things in France

This tour's itinerary was carefully prepared in close collaboration with Clay Jenkinson, the preeminent scholar on Thomas Jefferson and founder of the podcast Listening to America. Clay provided commentary along our tour and really made America 250 personal as we followed Jefferson's travels in France just before the French Revolution. Accommodations and activities (planned and optional) were superb, as was the leadership from Collette's team. The included river tour along the Canal du Midi was a real treat.

Simona was an exceptional tour manager, always informative, kept us updated with the proper notice for the next event, and calm/collected. She brought so much peace to this fast-paced tour. Andre was an amazing tour navigator, very safe driver and always calm. We absolutely loved all the sights included with this tour. It's impressive all of the logistics that went into this tour, and how seamless it flowed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to travel and explore new places without the hassle of organizing transportation, hotels, and excursions.

This was our first time in Europe, so enjoyed all sight. Wish inclusions would have included tour on Notre Dame in Paris. All tour guides were excellent, especially the Vatican guide, except for the one in Paris (she was rather boring and lacked enthusiasm!

Wonderful tour. Enjoyed everything with the exception of hotel in Venice, Paris local tour guide, and bad experience with dispatcher of ING Transport in US. Tour Manager was excellent. Fav memory was Florence, just exploring the town with my daughters who joined me on the tour.

The hotels were great as were the meals that were provided. The itinerary Wes super. We would have never found some of the sites we visited on our own. Best of all was our tour director, Barbara Fumanori. She was on top of things all the time. She was pleasant and filled us with history and culture. It was a great trip

I think what I would say made the tour most memorable was our tour guide Urban! He was really amazing at keeping people on time, knowledgeable about the surroundings and quick to response to any inquiries no matter what it was related too. He was pleasant, full of extra “local” information and always respectful of time. We enjoyed the excursions we participated in along the way. The Effiel Tower menu was just ok.

This was my first trip to Europe, and the tour was perfect for me! We visited so many different areas, with an overview of each. The local guides in most cities provided in depth information about that location. Our tour manager shared her extensive knowledge about each area, and this helped us to learn so much more each day than we would have learned on our own!

With the narration of our tour guide Mojca, every bus ride every train ride was a constant learning adventure., All our activities and dinners were timed perfectly. Every excursion and meal was delicious, special and exciting. Attention to detail in by all of our dinning experiences were meet with approval. A trip of a lifetime !!!We met so many amazing friends on our bus guided trips. (37) riding on a bus was even a pleasant experience. Would definitely plan another trip with Collette.

The tour was great with ample time for time on our own. Our tour manager Maya was very caring and you could tell like her job. My son and I especially loved the day we had at Montmartre. Also, the same day, our tour manager took us to Moulin Rouge since it was sort of in the same vicinity. Great day!

Even with the record breaking heat the tour was fabulous. Our tour guide Diana was the absolute best. She was always smiling and helpful and went above and beyond. Hotels fir the most part were fabulous. Love hotel in Versailles and Saint Malo. Going to Normandy was educational and sad. Love Monet's garden and so excited to go back to Mont St Michele. The icing on the cake wad our final dinner at the restaurant in the Effiel tour. Lots of included tours but lots of free time which was wonderful.

JP, our tour guide was knowledgeable,and accommodating. He is so professional and funny, A real people pleaser. He is very personable and knew about the topics he spoke about and was well versed on the history of the places we visited. He knows the ins and out of these places and always had a story or personal reminiscence.

Great experiences at Mont San Michel, San Malo fortresses, Normandy Beaches and U.S. and Canadian cemeteries, boat tour on the Seine, and dinner on the Eiffel Tower. There were too many memorable experiences to name one.
