WHAT IS A FAMILIARIZATION TOUR (FAM)?
FAMs are a version of our tours that give you the opportunity to experience both the destination and the service provided by Collette.
WHY TRAVEL ON A FAM TRIP?
Our FAMs showcase how we operate as a company, the quality of our product, and our commitment to service. FAMs provide you with a taste of the destination - information that you can bring back home to your clients and groups. FAMs allow you to network with other travel professionals, too, ensuring greater selling success when you return home.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Land only guided touring package with most meals included. Hotel transfers on tour arrival and departure day. Private chauffeur service within 100km of most Canadian gateways.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I AM ACCEPTED ON A FAM?
You will be notified by email that your application was received. Then, within 30 days of receipt of the application, you will be notified if you have been selected.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
A deposit of $349 per person plus travel insurance fee (if purchased) is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
