Poor communication, very poor tour guide, most hotel rooms were sub par. More times than not we had to handle our own luggage. Horrible flight times. No guidance whatsoever. 2 days of long bus rides. No wine at dinner, drink nazi at one hotel. Questioned us very severely in hotel bar that we did not pay for our drinks. Which we had. They were very ugly and made for a long uncomfortable evening. City guides were great. They were the only people we learned anything from

Great trip but last hotel in Bergen had missing trim in plain view and wasn’t equal to the other hotels especially Hotel Bristo in Oslo. First night/ last night and few other meals meals were average. For such historic places I would thought the meals would be tastier. It would also be nice if the servers engaged you and explained what they are serving first night/last night but again a great trip.

There is a lot to see in Oslo. Starting on a Sunday when many restaurants and stores were closed wasn't great. Documents should encourage people to come a day early. More time in Oslo, less time in Bergen would make a better route.

The tour was short but we really covered a sufficient amount of the country.
One more night in Oslo in order to visit the Viking museum (which is closed on Mondays) and explore Oslo more would have been better. Only 7-8 nights to fly all that way seemed too brief.
Daniel, our guide, was a master at keeping our trip group together. And we were a bit more to handle with our casualties!
Daniel could have been a tad more chatty about Norway and its history and culture. There were many times on the bus when the silence could have been filled with tid bits.
Otherwise, my first Collette was impressive!
